To some degree, I think your English is good enough. Your English is better than most of adults I am teaching.
As a teacher, I always ask myself how to improve student's English better and faster.
I think what you need to know is something about English, such as culture, experience and ideas.
When you talk with different people you will get diverse knowleadges and ideas. To widen your horizon would be interesting and helpful.
I suggest you talk with different teachers. Other teachers will tell you a lot things that we have never talked about.

You have already had a huge number of vocabularies but don't let them sleep in your brain.
1. Use them and use their synonyms.
2. When you have an idea, you need to think a while. Give me another idea.
Listening

Pronunciation
Your pronounciation is good but not excellent. You have to open your mouth as big as you can, especiallly "th" and "ow" "ou" sound.
Vocabulary
You are good at words in some fields.
What you need to study is to study some words you are not interested in.
Grammar
There are only few faults in grammar. I will let you know in class. No worries.
